RICHMOND, Va. -- Family members say a world- renowned hair stylist and business owner was killed in a double shooting outside a Southside apartment complex Thursday night . Police said 33-year-old Karen A. Turner, of the 10400 block of Colony Village Way in North Chesterfield, died after shots were fired on Green Cove Drive outside the Blue Ridge Estates apartment complex around 10:40 p.m. Karen Turner A second woman was wounded after two women were heard arguing in the parking lot, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett . "Officers responded and located the female with a gunshot wound to the leg, but also found a female nearby in a vehicle who was unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound ," a Richmond Police spokesperson said. Two more people have been arrested in the shooting death of a 24-year-old at an Arkansas apartment complex , authorities say, bringing the total charged in the homicide to five. The Northwest Arkansas Democrat -Gazette reported that a 16-year-old boy and Tracy Schuman, 33, were arrested this week in the killing of Xavier Williams, who was found with multiple gunshot wounds in his apartment at 276 Strawberry Meadows Place on Aug. 17. The boy, whose name was not released, faces charges of capital murder , discharging a firearm in city limits, tampering with evidence and residential burglary, according to the newspaper, who cited a news release from the Springdale Police Department . He was arrested Monday and reportedly taken to the Washington County juvenile center . At least four break-ins have been reported. Sentinel staff Law enforcement in West Michigan have apprehended a pair of suspects after a series of break-ins in Jamestown Township. After receiving several tips through Silent Observer, two suspects were arrested in Wyoming near the area near 28th Street and Burlingame Avenue at an apartment complex just before 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23. Within two hours of an initial press release from the Ottawa County Sheriff 's Office, the suspects were arrested by the Wyoming Police Department .  Police detained the two suspects, to be named later, as they were attempting to leave the apartment complex.  The male suspect is 35 years old and according to Capt. Mark Bennett with the Ottawa County Sheriff 's Office, has an extensive criminal history .
