A 34-year-old woman is accused of fatally stabbing a 5-year-old boy before turning the knife on her husband at their apartment on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus early Sunday , PEOPLE confirms. On Monday, the Orange County, North Carolina, district attorney, Jim Woodall, said he plans to charge Ebony Oluwasegva with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder, according to local TV station WNCN . She may also face charges of felony child abuse and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, Woodall said. Oluwasegva has not yet been charged and authorities would not say whether the boy is her son, though he was described as such by the Durham Herald Sun and other local reports. Around 9:15 p.m. on Nov. 23, Deputy Denny Reyes and Georgia State Patrol Trooper Joseph Geddie responded to a car crash at the intersection of New England Road and Main Avenue. Jessica Gaha, 31, had lost control of her Honda Civic, crashing it into a tree. Checking her identification, Geddie realized that Gaha's license was suspended in Indiana. He put her in handcuffs. Gaha's mother, Kiersten Elise Quick , then arrived at the scene. She yelled and cursed, and Geddie told her to step away. BELMONT — A 27-year-old Menlo Park man charged with the murder of a friend’s ex-boyfriend pleaded not guilty Tuesday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney ’s Office. Jovhon Stewart  The 24-year-old victim, DeJohn Jones, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of Aug. 5 when he went to Jolie Harris’ one-bedroom apartment on the 500 block of Ralston Avenue in Belmont with his sister and cousin to retrieve a television and other items that belonged to him. Prosecutors said Jones and Harris had recently broken up. At the apartment with Harris that morning were her brother Victor Bell and five other friends, including the suspect, Jovhon A. Stewart. Article Tools The Orwigsburg Borough Council adopted a resolution recently that authorized eminent domain proceedings for a portion of the Scott and Sandra Sopko property in the borough. At its Aug. 9 regularly scheduled meeting , the council took the action. Members Michele Rudloff and Angie Hoptak-Solga did not attend the meeting. The property on Ridgeview Drive has a 20-foot easement on it. A meter pit and meter connection were put on the property for the Orwigsburg Bulk Water Project earlier this year. That work on the property has since been completed. The installation of the meter pit will be used for development in the old Deer Lake Drive -in area. Apartments and a hospital could be built there. The Schuylkill County Municipal Authority will buy the water from Orwigsburg, then bill customers in West Brunswick Township . According to a 911 call released earlier this week, Victor Oluwasegva told a dispatcher that his wife, Ebony Oluwasegva, stabbed him multiple times while he was sleeping. Search warrants reveal that Victor Oluwasegva told officers who responded to the scene that his wife had injured or killed their child. According to the warrants, police who responded to the home found a knife that appeared to be covered in blood just inside the doorway of the apartment.
