Loss prevention had the incident on video and identified the suspect. Traffic stop, 1100 block of Maple Street. An officer observed a driver not wearing a seat belt. The operator had the belt tucked under her arm. She was told she needed to wear it properly. Aug. 1 Suspicious situation, 500 block of Quarry Lane. A caller stated he woke up this morning to find a TV in the middle of his driveway and didn't know who put it there. The responding officer thought it appeared someone just dumped it in the roadway.
