Biddle , 26, of Nashua Street in Milford, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and breach of bail. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance in an apartment on Nashua Street. Andrew M. Budrick , 31, of Briarcliff Drive in Milford, was arrested on a warrant at 9:53 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017. NORTH CHARLESTON, SC — Two children were found with injuries inside a South Carolina apartment and later died, and now a man has been charged with attacking them, North Charleston police said. Officers were called to the Jamison Park apartment complex about 3 p.m. Monday when someone reported children were trapped inside an apartment with a man, police spokesman Spencer Pryor said. The caller had been attacked and locked out of the apartment, police said. The suspect fled before officers arrived . Two children were found and been attacked, police said. They later died. Their names were not released. About five hours later, officers arrested Raashid Jaamal White , 26, and charged him with two counts of murder. It was not known whether he has an attorney. INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indianapolis Fire Department crews had a busy Thursday morning fighting two fires, one at an East Washington Street apartment and the other at a Bates Street residence , according to Indianapolis Fire Department Battalion Chief Rita Reith . Reith said IFD crews were dispatched just before 2 a.m. and arrived to 5824 E. Washington Street to light smoke showing on the third floor, from a vacant apartment #26. Reith said 16 IFD units were dispatched, getting the flames was under control at 2:01 a.m. According to a release, there were no injuries, however damage is estimated at $16,000. A cause is being investigated by IFD and Indianapolis Metro Police Fire Investigations . 14 IFD units were later dispatched to a single- story house fire at 1510 Bates Street , at 7:01 a.m. and was under control just after 7:30 a.m., Reith reports. ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was killed overnight at the Forest Hills Apartments on Forest City Road . Orange County sheriff spokesman Jeff Williamson said the victim is 35-year-old Julio Velez. Advertisement Get breaking news alerts sent to your email Williamson said Velez, who did not live at the apartments, was found dead around 6:30 a.m. Sunday near his gray 2006 Chevy Impala , in the parking lot of the apartments, which are on State Road 434 between Kennedy Boulevard and Riverside Park Road . A neighbor found the body and called 911. "In the parking spot, his door was open and his body was outside,” said visitor Jose Velez . "I didn't know if he was asleep or dead or what." EAST LANSING, Mich. - Administrators at Michigan State University are expecting 8,000 first-year students to arrive on campus next week.  The class of 2021 is considered one of the largest in the school's history. Overall, MSU received 36 ,000 applications from prospective students, but only 8,000 were admitted. They will move onto campus Monday, with classes scheduled to begin Wednesday.  Nearly 16,000 students will be living on the East Lansing campus this academic year in residence halls and on- campus apartments . As in past years, a number of volunteers will be pitching in to help with move in, including other students, faculty, staff, alumni and community volunteers, according to a news released from the university.  More than 72 percent of new students are from Michigan, which the university said reflects its long- standing land grant tradition .
