File photo   Trespassing, Royalton Road: On July 26, police were dispatched regarding an unwanted man inside of Niko's Bar on Royalton Road. The caller said the highly- intoxicated man , wearing all black with a ponytail and beard, was told not to return to the bar months ago . He was now attempting to fight with employees. An arriving officer discovered the man left the bar and stumbled towards nearby apartments. That's where the police found the man who kept falling into garage doors. When told about the Niko's incident, the man said, "That was months ago." EDEN — Police have charged Christopher Raymond Ellison , 34, of 621 North St., with attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill in connection with a double stabbing that happened last week, according to a Rockingham County Sheriff 's Office news release . On Thursday, Aug. 17, around 2:30 p.m., police officers and sheriff’s deputies responded to Brownstone Commons Apartments in Draper on a report of two victims being assaulted. Officers were advised the suspect fled the scene. Upon arriving at 1012 Georgia Ave., Apt. 1, they found two stabbing victims, a 44-year-old woman and her 7-year-old child, who were transported to hospitals for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the stabbing. A perimeter was set up in the neighborhood to attempt to locate the suspect. A man matching the description of the suspect in the stabbings was located near Knott and New streets.
