The victim, 52, was rushed to UPMC Hamot after Wesleyville police encountered her at Coney Island Lunch , 3015 Buffalo Road , when officers were called there on a report of a stabbing victim on Thursday at about 11:50 p.m. Police said they saw the woman with a substantial cut to her neck-throat area that was bleeding profusely.
