Law-enforcement officials are investigating an alleged stabbing at a Remington apartment complex that took reportedly took place last night. Around 7 p.m. on July 26, Fauquier County Sheriff ’s Office deputies responded to the Fauquier Hospital emergency room for reports of a 25-year-old man suffering a stab wound to his arm. The man told deputies he was stabbed in the arm during an altercation at the Remington Garden Apartments in the 400 block of North Church Street An investigation resulted in the arrest of Michael Dean Turner , 38, of Remington, said Sgt. James Hartman, public information officer for the sheriff’s office. Turner was charged with malicious wounding. He is being held at the Fauquier County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Fauquier County General District Court on Sept. 6.

EDEN — Police have charged Christopher Raymond Ellison , 34, of 621 North St., with attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill in connection with a double stabbing that happened last week, according to a Rockingham County Sheriff 's Office news release . On Thursday, Aug. 17, around 2:30 p.m., police officers and sheriff’s deputies responded to Brownstone Commons Apartments in Draper on a report of two victims being assaulted. Officers were advised the suspect fled the scene. Upon arriving at 1012 Georgia Ave., Apt. 1, they found two stabbing victims, a 44-year-old woman and her 7-year-old child, who were transported to hospitals for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the stabbing. A perimeter was set up in the neighborhood to attempt to locate the suspect. A man matching the description of the suspect in the stabbings was located near Knott and New streets. ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A man is in critical condition after deputies say he was shot overnight. Orange County Sheriff 's Office responded to a call for a shooting at the Villa Tuscany Apartments on Sherwood Terrace Drive . Upon arrival, deputies located a vehicle attempting to leave the complex with a victim with a gunshot wound. The victim, 24, was transported to a nearby hospital by Orange County Fire Rescue . Deputies say they're searching for two black males in connection to this shooting. The investigation is ongoing. GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville County Sheriff 's Office announced a third arrest in a deadly shooting at Boulder Creek Apartments . Greenville County deputies , fire crews, EMS and the coroner responded to the apartments located at 300 Furman Hall Road in reference to gunshot victims  around 1:45 p.m on Sunday, Apr. 2. When they arrived on scene they realized a second scene was taking place at the Spinx on North Pleasantburg Drive . Sheriff Will Lewis said they received calls regarding two male gunshot victims who pulled into the Spinx, one of which was deceased. The coroner later identified the deceased as Azaveon T Cook, 21 of Piedmont. Cook was the passenger in the vehicle that arrived at the Spinx, the coroner said. He was pronounced dead on scene after suffering at least one gunshot wound. The coroner said bystanders attempted CPR on Cook but were not successful.
