Room Available Shared Apartment near Mid. Longhua Metro

Hello, I have 1 Bedroom available in a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment, located a 2-minute walk from Middle Longhua Road Metro station (Line 7 & Line 12). We are renters, not agents, and are looking to fill the room of a departing roommate. The room available is 3.3 meters by 5.1 meters (17 sq. meters) and shares a bathroom with one other roommate (the second bathroom is in the master bedroom). The apartment was remodeled before we moved in so it has new floors, windows, doors, kitchen, and shower. Monthly bills are shared and deposit is 2 months rent. Room is available starting September 5th.

The Location: directly across the street from a new Touch Mall (Starbucks, Wagas, Will's gym, movie theater, Uniqlo, Western supermarket) and a brand new Mall just opened on the other corner (2 gyms, IMAX movie theater, many restaurants). We are also a 15-minute walk from the West Bund park area that has grass areas, running track, rock climbing wall, and a great view of the river. For grocery items, there is a Lotus supermarket across the street, and a Carrefour is located 3 streets away.

Current Roommates and Experience: 1 guy from San Diego (4 years in Shanghai) 1 guy from Seattle (7 years in Shanghai ), 1 girl from Taiwan (12 years in Shanghai), and a small puppy from Shanghai (2 years old).

A Felton woman has become the second victim of a deadly fire that swept the Woodcrest Arms apartment complex June 6 . Jeff Brown, News Editor A second victim of the June 6 fire at Woodcrest Arms apartment complex has died. Christina Lynn Taylor , 33, of Cedar Grove Church Road , Felton, died the afternoon of June 7 while at Crozier Chester Burn Center , Chester, Pa., said Dover Police Capt . Tim Stump. Taylor and her boyfriend had been at the apartments to help a relative move, Stump said. The boyfriend, whose name was not released, was still at the burn center, where he had been taken with life-threatening injuries after the fire. Stump also identified the first victim of the blaze as Jacqueline Wuest, 61. Wuest’s body was found in her third- floor apartment during an initial sweep of the building.
