Bush Street Drug Raid Nets Five | News, Sports, Jobs

A search warrent executed Tuesday afternoon by the Jamestown Police SWAT Team resulted in the apprehension of five suspects involved in the sale and trafficking of crystal methamphetamine.

The investigation, led by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and NYSP CNET, targeted a basement apartment located at 20 Bush St. Upon entry, multiple individuals were found inside the apartment including two small children. One subject, later identified as Delbert Clark, 50, fled the residence and was apprehended several blocks away following a foot chase. Clark was in possession of a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine and a Co2 pistol. Clark was charged with obstructing governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Four additional residents were charged, including: Jeffrey Rigerman, 33, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia; Cassdandra Cole, 24, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia; an unnamed 18 year old charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia; and Heather Diaz, 33, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
