Splurge vs. Steal: Two Katy Trail Condos
Katy Trail Condos | CandysDirt.com" width="640" height="480" /> Splurge vs. Steal is a new feature on CandysDirt.com. Every week, we look at two properties that offer something in common, but are miles apart in their asking price. Katy Trail runs through some of the nicest neighborhoods in Dallas, starting at the American Airlines Center in Victory Park and going to Mockingbird Station near Southern Methodist University. Everyone from runners to in-line skaters hit the trail every day. When a condo along Katy Trail hits the market, you can bet that’s in the description. This is a desirable amenity that opened in 2000 and continues to be developed. When complete, the trail will be 3.5 miles long, connected to the Trinity Strand Trail, with four major entrance plazas, benches, landscaping, and drinking fountains for people and pets. Today, we’ve found two Katy Trail condos that are less than two miles apart in distance, but are over $250K apart in price. Let’s take a look.
