A number of older buildings on Sheridan Road and Windsor Avenue have hit the market under a single listing. The properties, which include 4527 N. Sheridan, 952 W. Windsor, 946-948 W. Windsor, 940-942 W. Windsor, and 934-936 W. Windsor, contain 33 apartment units and four retail spaces according to the listing. The asking price for the entire group of properties is $5.99 million. While there’s always a chance of a redevelopment when it comes to these listings that feature a number of buildings, the listing appears to market the three-story properties as a turn- key investment versus a wreck and replace opportunity.
