Biddle , 26, of Nashua Street in Milford, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and breach of bail. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance in an apartment on Nashua Street. Andrew M. Budrick , 31, of Briarcliff Drive in Milford, was arrested on a warrant at 9:53 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017. The community’s first residents were allowed to move into the former federal arsenal and munitions factory at the corner of 40th and Butler streets earlier this month, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times .
