RICHMOND, Va. -- Family members say a world- renowned hair stylist and business owner was killed in a double shooting outside a Southside apartment complex Thursday night . Police said 33-year-old Karen A. Turner, of the 10400 block of Colony Village Way in North Chesterfield, died after shots were fired on Green Cove Drive outside the Blue Ridge Estates apartment complex around 10:40 p.m. Karen Turner A second woman was wounded after two women were heard arguing in the parking lot, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett .
