The 94- unit apartment community , Archstone Berkeley on Addison, will be located at the corner of Third and Addison, just blocks from the Berkeley Marina and the San Francisco Bay . Wave Lakeview is a 30-story, 207- unit modernist apartment tower at 420 W Belmont Ave in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood . The building was designed by the architecture firm of Schiff & Freides, and was completed in 1967. It was converted to condos in 1979 and converted back to apartments in 2017 as the largest condo deconversion in Chicago. Wave Lakeview is nearing completion of a major renovation, which includes an expansion of its amenities. Apartments are available for immediate occupancy.
