MILFORD, NH — Christian W. Biddle , 26, of Nashua Street in Milford, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and breach of bail. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance in an apartment on Nashua Street. Andrew M. Budrick , 31, of Briarcliff Drive in Milford, was arrested on a warrant at 9:53 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017.
