JAMESTOWN — A Jamestown resident was charged with second-degree murder after a man was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex early Saturday in the city. Police charged 51-year-old Brian M. Korzeniewski just hours after the prone body of Michael A. Bull was discovered between two parked sedans in the 500 block of East Sixth Street . Officers were first notified of a suspicious situation around 4:45 a.m. and quickly cordoned off the area. Bull, whose age and address were not released, was found to have died as the result of blunt-force trauma, Jamestown police said in a statement. JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – Five people were arrested Tuesday afternoon following a search warrant execution at a Bush Street basement apartment . The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed the search warrant at an apartment at 20 Bush St. at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, following an investigation which revealed that the apartment was being used for the sales and trafficking of crystal meth. Entry was gained to the location with the assistance of the Jamestown Police SWAT Team . Multiple people were found inside the residence, as well as two small children. Law enforcement officials also found a quantity of crystal meth inside of the apartment. The following people were charged: Jeffrey M. Rigerman, 33, charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts criminally using drug paraphernalia , endangering the welfare of a child Cassandra M. JAMESTOWN, N.Y. -- Five people, including a teenager, are now facing drug charges after a meth bust in Jamestown. Police raided an apartment at 20 Bush Street Tuesday and arrested Jeffrey Rigerman, Cassandra Cole, Heather Diaz, Delbert Clark and an 18-year-old. The name of the teen is not being released. Police say two young children were also inside the apartment. All five are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Rigerman and Cole are also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child They're all in the Jamestown City Jail , waiting for an arraignment.

Five people are facing charges after police in New York find them in an apartment used for selling drugs with children inside. An unnamed 18-year-old, along with Cassandra Cole, 28, Heather Diaz, 33, Jeffery Rigerman, 33, and Delbert Clark, 50, are charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Endangerment and Obstructing Governmental Administration . It all stems from a search warrant served Tuesday around 1:45 p.m., at an apartment on 20 Bush St. in Jamestown, New York. Police report finding crystal meth in the apartment. Two small children were also inside at the time. Police say Clark ran from the scene, but was caught a short time later after a foot chase. Clark had meth and a Co2 pistol on him. All five people are sitting in the Jamestown City Jail .
