WHIO’s Gabrielle Enright reports Ohio Task Force 1 is awaiting orders from FEMA for rescue assignments. Enright reports the task force may be asked to help with the flooding expected to come in the coming days. Our news team in Texas is expected to meet up with the task force later today to learn more about their role in recovery efforts.  UPDATE @ 11:55 p.m. Ohio Task Force 1 has 49 members who arrived late tonight in San Antonio, Texas, ready for the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. HOUSTON, Texas - As the saying goes: desperate times call for desperate measures.  And the onslaught of Hurricane Harvey has made many people desperate- perhaps none more so than Karen Massey , who took some extreme measures to keep the rising water out of her home.  "Our home had never flooded in 60 years- it's flooded twice in the last two years-- and I just don't want to go through it again," said Massey. The goal? Dallas mayor's Confederate monuments task force has mixed feelings on statues' future Dallas sculptor Barvo Walker adores the statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee that overlooks Turtle Creek Boulevard . And it has nothing to do with Lee. "It is one of the finest equestrian statues in the country," said Walker, referring to Traveller, Lee's horse. And for that one reason alone, said Walker, he would like to see the statue "kept where it is because it's such a marvelous piece of art." Walker will actually have a say in the statue's fate.
