MIAMI-DADE, Fla. - A man was killed and two other men were wounded Saturday at the Silver Blue Lakes Apartments in Northwest Miami-Dade.  Authorities responded to 1321 NW 103 St., where a yellow tarp later covered a body in the parking lot. According to Detective Argemis Colome the third shooting victim was at 1447 NW 101 St.  "I heard the shots and I duck and I grabbed my kids and went down," Tiffany Johnson said. "When the bullets stopped flying , I came outside and saw an innocent person on the ground."  Relatives identified the man killed as 54-year-old Sylvester Thompson. Miami- Dade Fire Rescue rushed the other two men to Jackson Memorial Hospital 's Ryder Trauma Center .  Miami- Dade homicide detectives were investigating the shooting and were asking anyone with information to call Miami- Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477. MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Police suspect foul play in the case of a man found dead in a Miami Beach apartment . The man’s body was found in an apartment building along Jefferson Street and Ninth Street, Thursday. After the discovery, other residents in the area don’t feel safe. “That could be me, that could be me,” said neighbor Lenia Duran . “I don’t know. Who did they killed?
